Processing Times

In-stock items are processed within 2 to 5 business days.

Items submitted for autograph signing will be shipped within a few days following the signing session.

Shipping Carrier

Orders are shipped using a recognized carrier. A tracking number will be provided when available.

RBD All-Star is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.

Items Submitted for Signing

Customers are responsible for properly packaging their items before shipment. We strongly recommend purchasing insurance through the shipping carrier.

RBD All-Star is not responsible for any loss or damage that occurs during transit to our facility.

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part.
